How it Works
In order to identify if your Hetronic radio remote control equipment is out of warranty please follow the steps below:

Locate the silver product label on the Hetronic hand held or belly pack RRC equipment and make note of the 'System Number' (or Production No. if the latter does not appear on the label), on the transmitter or receiver

This is an 11-digit number of which digits 2/3/4 & 5 show us the date information

Digits 2 & 3 represent the month whilst digits 3 & 4 represent the year. For example, #0211###### shows a date of Feb 2011
NOTE: All Hetronic equipment carries a 2-year warranty.
You now need to send us, via email, all the equipment data as detailed on our 'contact' page. Please do not forget to include a pictures of:

The silver product label on the transmitter or receiver AND
-
The facia of the transmitter
This will enable us to determine the transmitter type
If accepted, we will acknowledge your email, asking you to send in the equipment with a copy of the 'service form' found on our 'download' page
Upon receipt of the equipment, we will analyse the fault and send you a 'service quote' to cover the repair. You may then authorise to proceed by sending a P.O. or arrange to have the equipment returned
NB: If you are a 1st time cunstomer, please fill in and send a 'new customer form' found on our 'download' page.
NOTE: We are not certified to service or repair Ex. (Explosion proof) radio remote control systems
